Center Parcs Europe is looking for a motivated and analytical intern to join our CSR Management Team at Erperheide, Peer. This is a unique opportunity to work on strategic initiatives that align with the latest ESG trends and the EU CSR-D directive, while gaining hands-on experience in corporate sustainability.

As a CSR intern, you will play a key role in supporting the evolution of CSR reporting and the implementation of processes that align with new European sustainability directives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Data collection and analysis: gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to support CSR reporting.
• Process development: assisting in the design and implementation of processes related to ESG and CSR-D compliance.
• Strategic projects: collaborating on sustainability initiatives that integrate CSR into the core business strategy.
• Communication: supporting internal and external communication efforts to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.

What is important to us?
We are seeking a student with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work independently. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum bachelor-level studies in Business, Sustainability, Communication, or a related field.
• Analytical skills: the ability to work with complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Language skills: fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Dutch, French, or German are a plus.
• Social and communication skills: strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Independence: a proactive mindset.
